14. 06. 2018 இன்று சுவிற்சர்லாந்து நீதிமன்றம் விடுதலைப்புலிகள் மீது குற்றவியல் அமைப்பு எனச் சுமத்தப்பட்ட குற்றத்தை மறுதலித்து தீர்பளித்தது.
விடுதலைப் புலிகள் குற்ளவியல் அமைப்பு இல்லை என தீர்பளித்தது.
கட்டாய நிதி சேகரிப்பு, மிரட்டிப் பணம் பறிப்பு என சுமத்தப்பட்ட குற்றமும் தவறென நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பளித்து.
அமைப்பின் முக்கியமாக நிதியியல் சார்பில் குற்றம்சுமத்தப்பட்ட மூவருக்கும் வங்கிக்கடன் பெறுவதில் நடைபெற்ற மோசடிக்கு ஒத்தி வைக்கப்பட்ட தடுப்புத் தண்டனையும், அபராதம் செலுத்தவும் பணிக்கப்பட்டார்
கள்.
அமைப்பினர் நால்வர் மீது சுமத்தப்பட்ட குற்றங்கள் அனைத்தும் பொய்யானவை என அறிவித்து அனைத்துக் குற்றத்தில் இருந்து விடுவித்து இழப்பீடும் வழங்க உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது சுவிஸ் குற்றவியல் நீதிமன்றம்.

Today is an important day for Swiss Tamils. The verdict from the court will be published today in Bellinzona.
We know well that their are lot of political involvements in this case and they are accusing LTTE as a criminal organization. For Switzerland they are not much difference between Criminal and Terrorist.
LTTE was never considered criminal until 2009. They were invited to Geneve for peace talk and they were treated as de facto government.
Why after 2009 these changes? Even the EU court released last year a statement where LTTE is not considered as Terrorist organization.
We will see what is going to be the decision of Swiss court. In Switzerland there are more than 60’000 Tamils and we hope that Swiss will not disappoint Tamils.
